Millenia Music Scores and CDs can be purchased by simply:

• calling or faxing us at 501-664-6534
• emailing us
• or filling out and mailing our Order Form  to

Please include payment for the proper amount and a current mailing address.
For our convenience please include a daytime telephone number, fax number, or email address in case we have a problem processing your order.  Upon receipt of payment we will process and send your order.  See Shipping Details for shipping and handling charges.  If you have questions or a problem with your order please see Contact Information below and we will be happy to assist you.

Instructions: Just load the Order Form page in your browser or download the Order Form PDF file.  Print it, fill it out completely with the appropriate information and mail it in along with your payment.  For acceptable payment methods see Payment Options.  All current item numbers and prices can be found in our Online Catalog.

We accept personal checks, certified checks, and money orders in US funds only.  Please do not mail cash.  No COD's.
